Thank you for visiting the web page of the Northern Midlands church of Christ. We are not part of a denomination nor are we affiliated with any, but we are one of many independent churches of Christ that meet around the world. We believe that the entire Bible is God-given, and we seek to worship and practice according to the teachings of the New Testament.

For this reason, we affirm that the Bible, when studied in context, is sufficient for guiding us into all truth and showing us how to live in a way pleasing to God.

As are result we do not follow any man-made creeds or denominational traditions. In fact – and this may come as a surprise to some, the whole concept of denominationalism is contrary to the will of God (cf. 1 Corinthians 1:10).

However, we recognise that we live in a time when many people are unsure about whether there is even a God, or if the Bible is truly the word of God. To this end, we have many resources to share with those seeking the evidences for the certainty of these things.

We are also enthusiastic in wanting to help people personally study the Bible, so they too can learn how to become a “non-denominational” Christian and have heaven as their destiny. Bible correspondence courses are also available on request.
